How do I fund my crypto-account?

Depositing funds (FIAT) on Mercury Iconex crypto exchange is easy, safe and fast.

Here is a step-by-step guide for users to deposit cryptocurrencies using CASH or Online Banking:

Go to our website and click on "Start Trading" and select Login on our exchange.

If you have not yet created an online account, we advise you to do so.Check out our Knowledge Base article "How to Start or Open an Account" for the necessary steps.

Log in with your registered username and password.
Complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) if enabled.

Navigate to the E-Wallet or Balance Section:

Look for the "E-Wallet" or "Wallet" section.
Click here to get an overview of the available digital currencies on Mercury Iconex.

For making cash deposits at a reliable payment provider or at our branch office, you can skip step three (3) to step five (5)! So you visit our branch office or go to a Surinamese payment provider and you hand over your cash amount to be deposited, including the transfer costs, and the equivalent value is deposited into your Mercury Iconex cryptocurrency account.

Select Digital Currency Deposit:

Choose the digital currency you want to deposit (e.g. SRDC, USD, EUR).
Click on "Deposit" or "Receive" next to the desired digital currency.

Choose the Deposit Method:

Through Mercury Iconex you have the possibility of different deposit methods, such as bank transfer, CASH or other local payment methods.

Payment options, such as credit card, SEPA transfer, iDeal and Paypal will be added in the future

Choose the method that suits you best. Check our bank account details.
For Cash**: Choose a method such as Bank Deposit, where you can deposit cash into your bank account and then transfer it to the exchange, or you can deposit cash at our branch office or a local Payment provider designated by us, such as Grypto Geeks SU or Libera Investments NV.
For Bank Account: Choose Online or Digital Bank Transfer.

Complete Deposit:

For Bank Transfer: Enter the above bank details (SRD or USD) on your online banking platform or banking app and make the transfer. Mention the reference codes that are required for smooth processing of your transaction.
For Credit Card: Enter your card details on Mercury Iconex and confirm the payment. (This payment option will be added in the future)

Wait for Confirmation:

Bank transfers can take a few days, while credit card payments and other payment methods are usually faster.
Once the deposit is processed, the amount will appear in your Mercury Iconex E-Wallet.

Check your balance:

Navigate to the "E-Wallet" or your "Wallet" to view your updated balance.

Convert to Cryptocurrencies:

Go to the trading section of the exchange.
Search for a trading pair such as SRDC/USDT, USD/USDT, or USDT/EUR, or any other pair you wish to use.
Enter the amount you wish to convert to cryptocurrency and place the buy order.

Check your Crypto Balance:

After completing the transaction, the cryptocurrency will appear in your E-wallet on the exchange.
You can check your updated crypto balance in the "E-Wallet" section.
